In Plastic extrusion industry, the traditional mixing method is hot mixing-cold mixing-manually weighting and measuring additives,send all the mixing materials to extrusion production line by workers. Along with the developing of customer’s factory and the expansion of the scale of the production, the normal mixing method is no longer suitable for most of customers. Especially for the profile and pipe manufacturer which have more than 10 extrusion lines.
Automatic weighting,measuring and dosing system which controlled by PLC is greatly increased the efficiency and accuracy, reduced the harm to worker, greatly save the cost by reduce the quantity of workers. Instead of worker,Pneumatic pipe conveying system will send the mixing material to the extrusion line automatically ,save manpower and improve efficiency. Otherwise, the material will be transporting through the closed pipe line is greatly avoid the pollution to the workshop.
